ПЗВО «Академія кіно та нових медіа» здійснює навчання іноземних слухачів на навчання за кошти фізичних та юридичних осіб, які вступають для здобуття ступеню бакалавра за акредитованою спеціальністю «Аудіовізуальне мистецтво та виробництво»
Прийом громадян на навчання в академії здійснюється на підставі договору.
На підготовчому відділенні навчальний рік складається з двох семестрів загальною вартістю 30 000 (тридцять тисяч) гривень.
Плата за навчання для обох семестрів (повна програма підготовчого відділення) сплачується на банківський рахунок академії після підписання контракту. У виняткових випадках за об’єктивних, обґрунтованих причин адміністрація академії може дозволити оплату таким чином: перший внесок – не менше 50% від загальної вартості програми має бути сплачений на банківський рахунок академії при підписанні договору, а решта – не пізніше ніж на 105 календарний день (останній календарний день 15-тижневого терміну) з дня підписання договору.
У разі несвоєчасної оплати слухач буде відрахований з академії зі скасуванням реєстрації на проживання від Державної міграційної служби України.
Слухачі, які навчаються в «Академії кіно і нових медіа» можуть закінчити навчання в навчальному закладі:
- – добровільно;
- – за невиконання навчального плану;
- – за порушення умов договору;
- – за порушення дисципліни;
- – у разі невідвідування занять або припинення навчання без поважних причин;
- – в інших випадках, передбачених законами.
Слухачі, які навчаються в академії, можуть припинити навчання за поважними обставинами (за станом здоров’я, викликом на тимчасову військову службу у випадку втрати права відкласти його, навчання або стажування в навчальних та наукових установах іноземних держав тощо), якщо надано чинні підтверджуючі документи.
Слухачі повинні письмово повідомити адміністрацію академії про намір припинити навчання через поважні причини або на прохання слухачів з інших причин, з обов’язковою заявою, з поясненням причин і термінів переривання навчання та необхідної підтримки документів.
Рішення про можливість перервати навчання слухача, причина і термін перерви в навчанні приймається адміністрацією академії і встановлюється відповідним наказом.
Академічні відпустки надаються слухачам, які з дозволу адміністрації призупинили навчання в академії.
Слухачі, які пропустили заняття з поважних причин, повинні надати адміністрації академії документи з обґрунтуванням.
Іноземці, які прибувають в Україну з метою навчання за кошти фізичних та юридичних осіб, вступають для здобуття ступеню бакалавра до ПЗВО «Академія кіно та нових медіа» за акредитованою спеціальністю «Аудіовізуальне мистецтво та виробництво» один раз на рік, до і на початку академічного семестру ( з 01 червня до 01 листопада). Термін навчання – 4 роки.
В «Академії кіно та нових медіа» студенти навчаються за денною, формою навчання.
Іноземні студенти користуються бібліотечним фондом академії та беруть участь у різноманітних культурних заходах.
Навчання іноземців відбувається разом з українськими студентами.
Навчання платне.
Правила прийому іноземних громадян:
- Іноземці, які вступають на навчання, зараховуються до ПЗВО «Академія кіно та нових медіа» на підставі наказів про зарахування, що формуються в Єдиній державній базі освіти.
- Іноземці та особи без громадянства подають до приймальної комісії такі документи:
а) оригінал документа про попередню освіту та додаток про освіту з переліком вивчених предметів і одержаних за них балів/оцінок (легалізація) та переклад українською мовою, завірений нотаріально у 2 примірниках;
б) медичний сертифікат про стан здоров’я, який засвідчує відсутність медичних протипоказань для навчання в Україні (консульська легалізація);
в) копію страхового полісу України на надання екстреної медичної допомоги;
г) копію національного паспорта (переклад українською мовою, завірений нотаріально – у 2 примірниках );
д) оригінал «Запрошення на навчання»;
е) Свідоцтво про визнання в Україні іноземного документа про освіту;
є) 4 фотокартки розміром 3 x 4 см.;
) квитанція про оплату за навчання.
- При прийнятті на навчання осіб, які подають документ про здобутий за кордоном ступінь (рівень) освіти (далі – Документ), обов’язковою є процедура визнання і встановлення еквівалентності Документа, що здійснюється відповідно до наказу Міністерства освіти і науки України від 05 травня 2015 року № 504 «Деякі питання визнання в Україні іноземних документів про освіту», зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України 27 травня 2015 року за № 614/27059. Нострифікація здійснюється упродовж шести місяців з початку навчання в Академії в Інформаційно-іміджевому центрі МОН України
Прийом на навчання іноземних громадян та осіб без громадянства проводиться на акредитовані освітні програми.
- Зарахування вступників з числа іноземців на навчання за кошти фізичних та/або юридичних осіб може здійснюватися закладами вищої освіти:
1) один раз на рік, до і на початку академічних семестрів (але не пізніше ніж 01 листопада), для здобуття ступеня бакалавра;
Приватний заклад вищої освіти «Академія кіно та нових медіа» обчислює бали/оцінки вступника на основі документа про попередній здобутий рівень освіти та встановлює мінімально необхідне для вступу значення кількості балів/оцінок із загальноосвітніх предметів, з яких проводиться вступне випробування.
Зарахування іноземців на навчання на відповідний рівень вищої освіти здійснюється за результатами вступних іспитів з визначених предметів і мови навчання та на підставі академічних прав на продовження навчання, що надаються документом про здобутий рівень освіти в країні його походження, і врахування балів успішності, що дають право на продовження навчання на наступному рівні вищої освіти відповідно до законодавства країни, що видала документ про здобутий ступінь (рівень) освіти.
- Усі категорії іноземців, які вступають на навчання, зараховуються до Приватного закладу вищої освіти «Академія кіно та нових медіа» на підставі наказів про зарахування. Підтвердженням факту навчання може бути довідка, сформована в ЄДЕБО.
- Вимоги закладу вищої освіти щодо відповідності вступників із числа іноземців, які прибули в Україну з метою навчання, умовам прийому на відповідні рівні вищої освіти, а також строки прийому заяв і документів, проведення вступних випробувань та зарахування зазначаються у Правилах прийому та оприлюднюються на офіційному вебсайті Приватного закладу вищої освіти «Академія кіно та нових медіа» fnm.academy
- Іноземці, які прибувають в Україну для участі в програмах академічної мобільності або для здобуття вищої освіти за узгодженими між українським та іноземним закладами вищої освіти освітніми програмами, приймаються на навчання з урахуванням відповідних договірних зобов’язань відповідних закладів вищої освіти.
- Закордонні українці, які на законних підставах перебувають в Україні і статус яких засвідчений посвідченням закордонного українця, під час вступу до закладів вищої освіти України користуються такими самими правами на здобуття освіти, що й громадяни України, за винятками, встановленими Конституцією України, законами України чи міжнародними договорами, згода на обов’язковість яких надана Верховною Радою України.
- Іноземці та особи без громадянства, у тому числі закордонні українці, які постійно проживають в Україні, особи, яких визнано біженцями, та особи, які потребують додаткового захисту, мають право на здобуття вищої освіти нарівні з громадянами України.

“Academy of Cinema and New Media” provides training for foreign students to study at the expense of individuals and legal entities, who enter to obtain a bachelor’s degree in the accredited specialty “Audiovisual Art and Production”
Admission of citizens to study at the academy is carried out on the basis of a contract.
At the preparatory department, the academic year consists of two semesters with a total cost of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias.
The tuition fee for both semesters (the full program of the preparatory department) is paid to the bank account of the academy after signing the contract. In exceptional cases, for objective, justified reasons, the administration of the academy may allow payment as follows: the first installment – at least 50% of the total cost of the program must be paid to the bank account of the academy upon signing the contract, and the rest – no later than on the 105th calendar day (the last calendar day of the 15-week period) from the date of signing the contract.
In case of late payment, the student will be expelled from the academy with cancellation of residence registration from the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
Students studying at the “Academy of Cinema and New Media” can complete their studies at the educational institution:
– voluntarily;
– for non-fulfillment of the curriculum;
– for violation of the terms of the contract;
– for violation of discipline;
– in case of non-attendance of classes or termination of studies without valid reasons;
– in other cases provided by law.
Students studying at the academy may stop their studies due to valid circumstances (due to health, being called up for temporary military service in case of losing the right to postpone it, studies or internships in educational and scientific institutions of foreign countries, etc.), if valid supporting documents are provided .
Trainees must notify the academy administration in writing of their intention to stop training due to good reasons or at the request of the trainees for other reasons, with a mandatory statement, explaining the reasons and terms of the training interruption and the necessary supporting documents.
The decision on the possibility of interrupting the trainee’s studies, the reason and the period of the interruption in studies is taken by the administration of the academy and established by the corresponding order.
Academic leaves are granted to students who, with the permission of the administration, have suspended their studies at the academy.
Students who missed classes for good reasons must provide the academy’s administration with supporting documents.
Foreigners who come to Ukraine to study at the expense of individuals and legal entities enter to obtain a bachelor’s degree at the Academy of Cinema and New Media in the accredited specialty “Audiovisual Art and Production” once a year, before and at the beginning of the academic semester (from June 1 to November 1). The term of study is 4 years.
At the “Academy of Cinema and New Media”, students study on a full-time basis.
Foreign students use the library fund of the academy and participate in various cultural events.
Foreigners study together with Ukrainian students.
Training is paid.
Rules for admission of foreign citizens:
- Foreigners enrolling in studies are enrolled in the “Academy of Cinema and New Media” PZVO on the basis of enrollment orders generated in the Unified State Education Database.
- Foreigners and stateless persons submit the following documents to the admission commission:
a) the original of the document on previous education and the appendix on education with a list of subjects studied and the points/grades obtained for them (legalization) and a translation into Ukrainian, notarized in 2 copies;
b) a medical certificate of health, certifying the absence of medical contraindications for studying in Ukraine (consular legalization);
c) a copy of the insurance policy of Ukraine for the provision of emergency medical assistance;
d) a copy of the national passport (translation into Ukrainian, notarized – in 2 copies);
e) the original “Invitation to study”;
f) Certificate of recognition in Ukraine of a foreign educational document;
g) 4 photos measuring 3 x 4 cm.;
y) payment receipt for education.
3. When accepting for study persons who submit a document about the degree (level) of education obtained abroad (hereinafter referred to as the Document), the procedure for recognizing and establishing the equivalence of the Document is mandatory, which is carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated May 5, 2015 No. 504 “Some issues of recognition of foreign education documents in Ukraine”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 27, 2015 under No. 614/27059. Nostrification is carried out within six months from the beginning of studies at the Academy in the Information and Image Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons are admitted to accredited educational programs.
4. Enrollment of foreign entrants for studies at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities may be carried out by institutions of higher education:
- once a year, before and at the beginning of the academic semesters (but no later than November 1), for obtaining a bachelor’s degree;
The private institution of higher education “Academy of Cinema and New Media” calculates the points/grades of the entrant based on the document on the previously obtained level of education and establishes the minimum value of the number of points/grades from general education subjects required for admission, from which the entrance test is conducted.
Enrollment of foreigners to study at the appropriate level of higher education is carried out based on the results of entrance exams in specified subjects and the language of study and on the basis of academic rights to continue studying, provided by a document on the level of education obtained in the country of origin, and taking into account the success scores that give the right to continuation of studies at the next level of higher education in accordance with the legislation of the country that issued the document on the obtained degree (level) of education.
5. All categories of foreigners enrolled in studies are admitted to the Private institution of higher education “Academy of Cinema and New Media” on the basis of enrollment orders. Confirmation of the fact of training can be a certificate issued at the EDEBO.
6. The requirements of the institution of higher education regarding the compliance of entrants from the number of foreigners who came to Ukraine for the purpose of study to the conditions of admission to the relevant levels of higher education, as well as the deadlines for accepting applications and documents, conducting entrance tests and enrollment are specified in the Admission Rules and published on the official website of the Private of the higher education institution “Academy of Cinema and New Media” fnm.academy
7. Foreigners who come to Ukraine to participate in academic mobility programs or to obtain higher education according to educational programs agreed between Ukrainian and foreign institutions of higher education are admitted to study taking into account the relevant contractual obligations of the relevant institutions of higher education.
8. Ukrainians abroad, who are legally staying in Ukraine and whose status is certified by a certificate of a Ukrainian abroad, when entering higher education institutions of Ukraine, enjoy the same rights to education as citizens of Ukraine, with exceptions established by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine or international contracts, the binding consent of which was given by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
9. Foreigners and stateless persons, including Ukrainians living abroad permanently in Ukraine, persons recognized as refugees, and persons in need of additional protection, have the right to obtain higher education on an equal basis with citizens of Ukraine.
